The City of Sarnia is illuminating buildings in green and staff are wearing jerseys in support of the players, families, and communities affected by the Humboldt Broncos tragedy.

Sarnia, like many other communities in Canada is a hockey town, City staff are showing their support today by taking part in Jersey Day.

The flag at City Hall has been lowered to half-mast for the day.

City Hall and Suncor Agora are illuminated in green this evening, one of the Humboldt Broncos’s team colours, as a gesture of support.
