On Tuesday, August 6th the citizens of Sarnia will have an opportunity to celebrate Sarnia-born astronaut Col Chris Hadfield’s induction into the 2018 Canada’s Walk of Fame with the unveiling of his Hometown Star.
And with Chris’ birthday in just a few weeks, Sarnia will be the first to personally wish him a Happy 60th Birthday with songs and birthday cake.
The celebration will begin at 4:00 p.m. in the Bayshore Parking Lot. (Front Street, south of London Road)
David Chilton will MC the event with musical performances by 2018 Walk of Fame inductee Andy Kim; Sarnia-born Emm Gryner; and the Arrogant Worms.
