Due to construction of a new sewer on St. Andrew Street, access to the Compost Site is required to be detoured. The closure of St. Andrew Street in front of the Water Pollution Control Centre begins May 21, 2019 and runs throughout the summer.
The Compost Site hours will remain the same from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
The City thanks the public for their patience during construction and cooperation with the detour.
The detour is identified on the map attached. Please follow the detour along Scott Road.
