A Closed Meeting of Sarnia City Council will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, July 8, 2019 in Committee Room #2, Sarnia City Hall.
Under sections 239 (2) (c) and (k) of the Municipal Act consideration will be given to the proposed purchase of land by the City for the purpose of a transit terminal.
Under section 239 (2) (f) of the Municipal Act consideration will be given to advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose with respect to a proposed development in the City of Sarnia.
Under section 239 (2) (e) of the Municipal Act consideration will be given to a matter of litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality with respect to Committee of Adjustment decisions.
