NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Sarnia proposes, at its meeting to be held at City Hall on September 9th, 2019, to declare surplus and to consider a By-Law to Sell two former ‘cul-de-sac’ bulbs (shown in black on Area Map) with areas of 1,082m² (11,647ft²) and 1,085m² (11,679ft²) to the adjacent owner of a vacant lot on the east side of Huron Shores Court. The City also proposes to purchase a 10m (33 ft.) x 45m (148 ft.) area of land (shown in grey on Area Map) located on the east side of Huron Shores Court.
